The International Symposium on Innovation and Technology ISIT is the main annual Innovation and Technology event that includes the main conferences, technical conferences and workshops. With highligth speakers and low registration fees, it provides significant value for students, academics and researchers. In this opportunity for the Coronavirus pandemic the ISIT2020 will be with virtual presentations for all the options.
The keynote speaker should be PhD. Candidate and have at least: a Google Scholar H Factor of at least 4 or WoS H Factor of at least 2, or at least one article published in Journals indexed in the Quartiles 1 or 2 of Web of Sciences Journal Citation Report, or at least 4 articles indexed in WoS or outstanding in your specialty or activity related to the symposium.
1Individual presentations that will be grouped under one of the symposium topics, in parallel sessions, related to one of the conference topics. Speakers should focus on an original contribution to knowledge that is relevant and rigorous.
2All posters will be displayed during the symposium in dedicated schedules for each topic in which each author has a fraction of time to discuss their work in depth and answer any questions that delegates may have.
3The workshops are associated events organized by research or educational institutions where students acquire knowledge in a particular area of the symposium, open to large debates on the chosen topic.
4General Chair - UCF
Ivan Garibay serves as the director of the Complex Adaptive Systems Laboratory (CASL) and the Master of Science in Data Analytics (MSDA) program at the University of Central Florida (UCF). Dr. Garibay received his B.Sc. and Diploma in EE (Ricardo Palma University; 1994,1995), and MS, Ph.D. in CS (University of Central Florida; 2000, 2004). He is currently an Assistant Professor in IEMS at UCF. His research expertise lies in complex systems, agent-based models, data and network science, artificial intelligence and machine learning. His research is currently sponsored by federal agencies and industry by more than $7.0M. He has published and presented more than 75 papers in journals and conferences.
